Refund Policy
Our goal is to provide safe, ethical, and effective therapeutic massage services. Because treatment time and resources are reserved specifically for you, the following refund policies apply:
1. Service Refunds
Massage therapy services cannot be refunded once a treatment has been completed.
Massage therapy is a manual, subjective service; results vary from person to person.
2. Prepaid Appointments
If you pay in advance for a single appointment:

It is fully refundable only if cancelled with MORE than 24 hours’ notice

It is not refundable for late cancellations or no-shows
3. Packages or Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are non-refundable, but they do not expire

Packages or multi-session bundles (if offered) are non-refundable once the first appointment has been used
4. Retail or Physical Products

Unopened, unused items may be returned within 14 days with receipt

Used or opened items are non-refundable for hygiene reasons
5. Digital Products

Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed

If a technical error prevents access, we will help resolve the issue or provide store credit
6. Errors, Double Charges, or Billing Issues
If a payment error occurs:

We will investigate immediately

Any double charges will be fully refunded
