Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how we handle orders, shipping, and delivery for physical products purchased through our website.

 

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery

We ship through Canada Post unless otherwise noted.

Estimated delivery times:

 

• Local (Calgary & area): 2–5 business days

• Within Canada: 3–10 business days

• USA: 5–14 business days (if offered)

Actual delivery times may vary due to postal delays.

 

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

• Destination

• Weight

• Package size

Any free-shipping promotions will be clearly stated on the product page.

 

4. Local Pickup (Optional)

If you choose local pickup, you will receive a message with pickup instructions once your order is ready.

Pickup is available by appointment only.

 

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If a package is marked as Delivered by the carrier but cannot be found, Somata Therapeutics is not liable.

If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and order details.

We will help file a claim and replace the item when possible.

 

6. Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final unless: 

• The product is defective

• The product is unopened or altered

• The wrong item was sent

In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
