Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions

These Terms apply to all gift certificates purchased from Somata Therapeutics, whether online or in person.

 

1. Non-Refundable

All gift certificate sales are final and non-refundable.

Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

 

2. Transferable

Gift certificates may be transferred to another person.

Please notify us if you are transferring a certificate so the name can be updated in our records.

 

3. No Expiry

Gift certificates issued by Somata Therapeutics do not expire and may be used at any time unless otherwise stated for promotional or giveaway certificates.

 

4. Lost or Stolen Certificates

Somata Therapeutics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift certificates.

Proof of purchase may be required to reissue a certificate.

 

5. Booking & Redemption

Gift certificates may be redeemed for any massage service currently offered, based on availability.

To redeem:

 

• Book your appointment online or by direct contact

• Bring the certificate or digital proof to your appointment

Certificates must be presented at the time of service.

 

6. No Partial Refunds

If the service chosen is lower in value than the certificate amount, the remaining balance will stay on the certificate for future use.

 

7. Promotional Certificates

Gift certificates issued as giveaways, donations, or promotions:

• May have expiry dates

• May have usage restrictions

• Cannot be redeemed for cash
